Who we are...

We're from Texas. Eight generations of our family have built their lives on this beautiful land. Our ancestors moved here before it was even a state. We grew up here, and we have a love for and dedication to the land of Texas that runs deep. For over a decade now, we have been enjoying and improving land in one of the most beautiful parts of Texas—the Eastern Panhandle.

We believe that solitude and a relationship with nature can be hard to come by in today's world, and that is why we put so much effort into finding, improving, and enjoying the unique properties we have found in this corner of our great state. The Eastern Panhandle of Texas is an amazing and diverse region, full of rugged canyons, high mesas, and abundant wildlife. Mesquite thickets give way to cedar-lined valleys, and the area is covered by huge watersheds and broad rivers, which feed large lakes and spring-fed ponds. Wildlife of all types populates nearly every corner of this unspoiled land. Trophy Whitetail and Mule deer, wild hogs, quail, turkey, bobcats, mountain lions, foxes, coyotes, rabbits, and many other species thrive here.

But the best thing about the Eastern Panhandle may be something it doesn't have—lots of people. This area of Texas is still an undiscovered gem. This fact means that solitude and wide open spaces abound, and that much of the area remains in a beautiful, natural state. It also means that one-of-a-kind ranch properties can still be found for reasonable prices.

Our dedication to the beautiful land of Texas and our love for the rugged beauty of the Eastern Panhandle can be seen in the care we take to improve every one of our properties. Our goal is to leave each of our properties better than it was when we got there. We carefully select properties that showcase the diverse features of this area of the country, and we put a great deal of work into preserving the natural beauty of these properties while we improve their usefulness as recreational and investment opportunities.
